Jeff Hoffman

Jeff Hoffman (Keys, Vocals)

Born in Clovis, NM (but raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas, by the grace of God), Jeff began playing piano in his grandmothers living room at age 6. He played his first “gig” in middle school with the son of then country star “Sammy Smith.” Self taught on the piano, he began formal training on sax in middle school and high school as he was tired of getting beat up at football practice. In addition to keys, he plays sax, harmonica, guitar and accordion. Jeff’s career as a musician spans many years and several different styles. He has played rock, country, beach, blues and funk. In the 80’s and early 90’s, he played with and toured behind such acts as Hank Williams Jr., Confederate Railroad, Pirates of the Mississippi, Billy Dean, Billy Scott and Georgia Prophets, The Tams, The O’kaysion, the Kicks and Riptide. Jeff now prefers to hide in the shadows (“who is that old fat guy on the keyboards?”). He currently resides in Irmo, SC with his two young daughters.
